Custom analytics for key passenger actions
StationView now records custom Vercel Web Analytics events when you open settings, pick a station from search, or use track, share, or watch train on boards.
What changed
Custom analytics events are sent for opening or closing the settings menu, choosing a station from any regional home search, and using Track train, Share train, or Watch train on departure columns. Share events note whether the native share sheet or clipboard copy was used.
Why it matters
Product owners can see which features passengers actually use—search and train actions—without changing how the site behaves for you.
Who benefits
Operators and maintainers reviewing Vercel Web Analytics custom events; passengers are unaffected.

Technical details
Events are recorded only in the browser after you take an action, and only on deployed production builds—not when running the app locally. In production they show under Events in the Vercel Web Analytics dashboard when Web Analytics is enabled.
