Ask Ringo about delays, departures, and journeys
Ask Ringo on the UK home page or at /ask — type everyday questions about delays, live departures, and journeys and get answers in a chat-style panel.
What changed
The UK home page now has an Ask Ringo tab next to station search. Ringo understands plain-English questions like whether there are delays from a station, what is leaving soon, or how to get from one place to another by a given time. You can follow up in the same conversation — for example ask “are there delays?” after viewing departures. A dedicated Ask Ringo page is also linked in the site footer.
Why it matters
You no longer need to know which form to fill in — ask a question the way you would ask a friend and get live board snippets, delay summaries, or journey options straight away.
Who benefits
UK passengers who want a quicker, conversational way to check a station or plan a trip, especially on mobile.
