What changed
Ringo uses AI to understand delays, departures, and journey questions in everyday wording, including follow-ups. Off-topic questions get a dedicated reply instead of the generic “try delays from Paddington” message.
Why it matters
You can phrase questions naturally without hitting phrasing the app did not anticipate, and random non-travel questions are filtered more clearly.
